宫腔镜手术中应用舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉的效果对比

摘　　要：目的对比妇科宫腔镜手术患者应用舒芬太尼及瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉的效果。方法整群选取该院2013年6月—2014年8月期间收治的74例宫腔镜手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字分组法将74例患者均分为观察组与对照组两组,每组37例患者,观察组患者采用舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉,对照组患者应用瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉,对比两组患者的手术麻醉效果。结果不同手术麻醉方案下,观察组37例患者各项麻醉时间指标对比可知,麻醉起效时间(2.33±0.43)min、手术时间(34.97±4.27)min、清醒时间(3.98±1.24)min显著早于对照组,且观察组37例患者术中呼吸抑制及术后恶心呕吐等不良反应率为10.84%,相比对照组37例患者24.39%的不良反应率明显较低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对宫腔镜手术患者给予舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉方案,具有着显著的手术麻醉效果,且可有效降低围术期不良反应率,改善患者预后,值得临床综合应用推广。Objective To contrast with surgery patients of department of and red the effect of compound anesthesia. Methods Group selectmin our hospital from June 2013 to August 2013 admitted 74 patients with surgery as the research object, USES the random number grouping 74 patients were divided into observation group and control group in the two groups, observation group were treated by combined anesthesia, control group patients applied combined anesthesia, com-pare the anesthesia effect of two groups of patients. Results Under different anesthesia scheme, observation group of 37 cas-es of patients with anesthesia time index comparison, the anesthesia effect time （2.33 ±0.43）min, operation time （34.97 ± 4.27）min, waking hours （3.98±1.24） min significantly earlier than the control group, and group of 37 cases with intraopera-tive respiratory depression and postoperative adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting rate was 10.84%, compared with the control group 24.39% of 37 patients with significantly lower rate of adverse reactions, contrast differences between groups, P〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion For surgery patients give combined anesthesia scheme, has the significant effect of anesthesia, and can effectively reduce the adverse reaction rate and improve patients prognosis, worthy of clinical comprehensive application promotion.
