试析推拿配合牵引治疗颈椎综合征患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的对推拿与牵引联合治疗颈椎综合征的临床疗效进行分析。方法方便选取该院于2014年2月—2016年2月期间收治的74例颈椎综合征患者作为研究对象,并将其随机研究组和对照组。前者给予推拿配合牵引治疗,后者单纯实施颈牵引治疗,比较两组的总有效率。结果研究组与对照组的临床总有效率分别为91.89%、72.97%,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在颈椎综合征的治疗中,采用推拿配合牵引方法,可有效改善患者症状,有利于患者恢复,效果确切。Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical effect of massage combined with traction in the treatment of cervical syndrome. Methods Convenient selection 74 cases of cervical syndrome treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the research object, and the study group and the control group were randomly selected. The former to massage with traction treatment, the latter is simply the implementation of cervical traction treatment, the total effective rate of the two groups. Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group and the control group were 91.89% and 72.97%, respectively, and there was statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of cervical syndrome, massage combined with traction, can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, is conducive to the recovery of patients, the exact effect.
