Comprehensive Assessment of Medical Quality of 8 Affiliated Hospitals in Some Medical University in Guangzhou Based on Rank-sum Ratio

摘　　要：目的评价广州某医科大学8个附属医院医疗质量,为医院管理工作提供科学依据。方法选取8所医院2014年全院门诊人数、急诊人数、入院人数等7个指标,并且单独选取了附属第二医院2010年—2014年五年的数据,运用秩和比进行综合分析。结果 8所附属医院的RSR值效果良好,据此可以对医院进行分档,分为4个等级。附属第二医院的RSR值逐年上升。结论附属第二医院排名第一,第七所附属医院排名靠后,附属一院和附属三院排名相同,附属四院和附属六院排名也相同。Objective To assess the medical quality of 8 affiliated hospitals in some medical university in Guangzhou and provide scientific basis for the hospital management work. Methods 7 indicators including outpatient number in the whole hospital, emergency number and admission number in 8 hospitals were selected, and data from 2010 to 2014 in the second affiliated hospital were selected and comprehensively analyzed using the rank-sum ratio. Results The effect of RSR value in 8 affiliated hospitals is good, and the hospital could be divided into 4 grades, and the RSR value in the second affiliated hospital gradually increased. Conclusion The second affiliated hospital ranks first, the seventh affiliated hospital ranks near the bottom, the first affiliated hospital and third affiliated hospital are of the same rank, and the fourth affiliated hospital and the sixth affiliated hospital are of the same rank.
