摘　　要：该文分析了急救设备在临床使用与管理中存在的问题,从管理方面提出了改进措施与方法。目前急救设备存在用时急,闲时多、误操作、放置位置不固定、操作流程欠规范、无规范化考核、分布广等问题,提出采取针对性、有效性、科学性的管理方法,才能保障急救设备的完好率到100%。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the clinical use and management of emergency equipment, and puts forward the improvement measures and methods from the management aspect. At present, there are many problems, such as emergency, emergency, idle time, misuse, improper placement of the location, the operation process is not standardized,there is no standardized assessment, distribution and other issues. Put forward to adopt the management method of pertinence, effectiveness and scientific, to ensure the integrity rate of first aid equipment to 100%.
