精细化护理干预在小儿手足口病感染防控护理中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的为了提高小儿手足口病患者的治疗效果,分析和探讨治疗过程中实施精细化护理干预的价值和意义。方法按照随机原则选取100例于2014年1月—2016年1月来该院治疗的小儿手足口病患者作为研究对象并通过抽签的方法将其分为试验组和对照组各50例,其中对照组患者治疗时给予常规护理措施,而试验组患者治疗时则给予精细化护理干预措施,比较不同护理模式对护理质量、满意度等的影响。结果试验组护理质量评分和对照组相比明显占据优势,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿家属对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿手足口病患者感染防控护理中采取精细化护理干预措施,有助于护理质量以及患儿家属满意度的提高,效果显著,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze and study the value and significance of implementing the refined nursing intervention in order to improve the treatment effect of children with hand-foot-mouth. Methods 100 cases of children with hand-foot-mouth treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group adopted routine nursing measures during treatment,while the test group adopted refined nursing intervention measures, and the nursing qualities and satisfactory degrees of different nursing models were compared. Results The research showed that the nursing quality score in the test group was better than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance by comparison, P0.05, the satisfactory degree to nursing services in the test group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance by comparison, P 0.05. Conclusion Adopting the refined nursing intervention measures in the prevention and control of infection of children with hand-foot-mouth disease contributes to the improving nursing quality and satisfactory degree of children＇s family with obvious effect, and it is worth promotion and application.
