安全护理管理模式在老年痴呆患者中应用及效果探究

摘　　要：目的探究安全护理管理模式在老年痴呆患者中应用及效果。方法选取该院于2014年8月—2015年8月收治的64例老年痴呆患者进行该次研究。采用随机分配的方式把患者分为对照组和观察组,每组有患者32例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组则在对照组的护理基础上进行安全护理管理模式。对比两组老年痴呆患者的不安全事件发生率、治疗依从性以及护理满意度。结果观察组的不安全事件发生率、患者的治疗依从性以及家属对护理的满意度均高于对照组(观察组不安全事件发生率9.38%,患者的治疗依从性93.75%,家属对护理的满意度90.63%;对照组不安全事件发生率31.25%,患者的治疗依从性71.88%,家属对护理的满意度65.63%),两组患者之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全护理管理模式在老年痴呆患者中应用及效果显著,可有效提升患者的治疗依从性以及其家属对护理的满意度,值得在临床中推广及应用。Objective To study the application and effect of safe nursing management mode in the elderly patients with dementia. Methods 64 cases of elderly patients with dementia admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected for research, and randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each, the control group adopted routine nursing model, the observation group adopted safe nursing management model on the basis of the control group, and the incidence rate of unsafe events, treatment compliance and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of unsafe events, treatment compliance and satisfactory degree of family to nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, （9.38%, 93.75%, 90.63% vs 31.25%, 71.88%, 65.63%）, and the differences in data betweenthe two groups were obvious with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application effect of safe nursing management mode in the elderly patients with dementia is obvious, which can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients and satisfactory degree of family to nursing, which is worth promotion and application in clinic.
