探讨临床检验流程的优化对策

摘　　要：目的分析临床检验不合格的原因,并探讨临床检验流程的优化对策。方法选取该院2013年11月—2014年11月不合格检验标本110例,回顾有关资料,对临床检验不合格原因进行分析,并提出相应的对策。结果不合格标本110例中,由于标本存放不当、送检延时问题所引发的标本不合格情况分别占40.9%、27.3%,由其他因素所引发的标本不合格情况包括检验标本采集不当、标准量不满足要求等。结论影响检验标本不合格的因素很多,标本管理不当所引发的检验标本不合格最为常见,因此,必须进一步优化临床检验流程,优化标本管理流程,增强护理检验人员的责任意识,加强培训教育,提高其专业技能,加强检验人员的专业技能,优化检验流程,以确保检验标本的质量,提高临床检验质量与服务质量,确保检验任务顺利完成提供保证。Objective To analyze the unqualified reasons of clinical test, and study the optimization strategy of clinical test process. Methods The data of 110 cases of unqualified test specimens in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, and the unqualified reasons of clinical test were analyzed, and the corresponding strategies were put forwards. Results In the 110 cases of unqualified specimens, the unqualified conditions of specimens caused by inappropriate specimen storage and delayed sample delivering respectively accounted for 40.9% and 27.3%, the unqualified specimens caused by other causes included the inappropriate test specimen collection and failing to meet requirements. Conclusion There were many influence factors of unqualified specimens, and inappropriate specimen management was the most common reason, therefore, we must further optimize the clinical test process, optimize specimen management process, enhance the responsibility awareness of nursing test staff, enhance training education, improve professional skill, enhance professional skill of test staff, optimize test process in order to ensure the quality of test specimens, improve the clinical test quality and service quality and ensure the successful completion of test task.
