摘　　要：社区医疗机构是以全科团队医疗服务为基础的医疗服务单位,这不仅为患者提供了快捷和方便的医疗服务场所,同时还能有效减轻中大型医疗机构患者过多和资源浪费。在全科团队中主要包括全科医生、护理人员和医技人员。其中护理团队是和患者接触最多的一群医务人员,为了有效提高患者治疗满意度,在护理团队建设上也显得格外重要。在护理团队建设中不仅需要弘扬团队精神,更要确立以人为本的服务,以调动护理人员的主动性、积极性和创造性,这样才能构建和谐、积极向上的护理团队。因此该文针对社区医疗机构护理团队建设的具体问题和对策做一综述。Community medical institutions are the medical service units based on general practitioner team medical service, which can not only provide rapid and convenient medical service places for patients, but also effectively relieve the redundant patients in the middle and large medical institutions, the general practitioner team mainly includes general practitioner, nursing staff and medical staff, among them, the nursing team is the medical staff with the most contact with the patients, in order to effectively improve the treatment satisfactory degree of patients, the nursing team construction is very important. We should not only carry forward team spirit but also determine the people-oriented service in the nursing team construction in order to mobilize the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of nursing staff, only in these ways the harmonious and positive nursing team can be constructed, therefore, the paper summarizes the specific issues and strategies in the community medical institution nursing team construction.
