摘　　要：该研究重点开发深水油气资源勘探开发技术与装备,解决制约我国深海油气勘探开发技术与装备开发瓶颈性问题,掌握具有我国特色的、拥有自主知识产权的深水油气勘探开发核心技术,研制一批重大装备,打破国外的技术垄断,实现我国深水油气勘探开发技术的跨越式发展。The mission team is strictly according to Year Programme and Evaluation Index specified by contract to draw up task implementation schedule, and coordinate with other firms to figure out 5 branch of task seriously. It has finished fundamental research task for contract specified, before the critical time point. The mission teams also hold a internal evaluation meeting in Dong Ying at Aug. 2014. The significant point is to discuss the main issue among the firms and the way to solve these issues, to evaluate the key achievements of firms last year. Achievement.
