摘 要:通过对内涵和影响因素的分析,将高速铁路运输组织模式概括描述为在一定的运营管理体制、一定社会经济和科技发展水平、一定的路网功能结构条件下,高速铁路所承担列车的组织方法,并按此对高速铁路运输组织模式进行了分类。本文以中国2012年4月以前所开通的高速铁路为例,对中国高速铁路的运输组织模式进行了分析,将其归纳为四种类型;并与国外典型国家高速铁路运输组织模式进行了对比。结合国外经验以及中国的国情路情,提出了与中国高速铁路相适合的运输组织模式——不同性质(不同速度、不同停站、本线和跨线、旅客和货物)列车共线运行的运输组织模式。Through analysis of the intension and influence factors, the transportation organization mode could be described as a high-speed train high-speed railway organization method in a certain operation management system, at a certain social economic, science and technology development level, and under the condition of a certain function of railway network structure. Meanwhile, the transportation organization modes were classified according to the description. Taking all Chinese high speed railways operated before April 2012 as an example, Chinese high-speed railway transportation organization modes were analyzed, the modes could be classified into four types, and compared them with some typical foreign nation high speed railway transportation organization patterns. According to foreign experience and Chinese conditions, Chinese high speed railway transportation organization mode, being suitable for the different speed trains, different nature trains, different stop scheme trains and multiple cross-line train operation, was put forward.
