摘　　要：从理论基础、基本内容、发展模式和最终目的四个方面阐述绿色乡村的内涵;从乡村整体面貌、乡村经济现状和乡村居民自身三个维度分析目前乡村生态现状和问题;从经济、政治和文化等角度提出建设绿色乡村的思路和对策。This paper described the theoretical basis from four aspects, the basic content of the ultimate goal of the development model and the connotation of green countryside; secondly from the overall appearance of the countryside, rural residents and rural economic situation of their own three-dimensional analysis of the current situation and the rural ecological issues ;and finally It proposed the construction of green countryside ideas and measures from economic,political and cultural point of view. Seek green countryside construction,to benefit the new socialist countryside construction.
