摘　　要："机器换人"既是企业本身的需求,又是立足于产业转型的关键.针对我国在推进"机器换人"过程中所遭遇的困境,提出解困策略.通过政府补贴解决企业的资金问题,通过政府和企业联合共同解决基层经济问题、就业问题和人才引进问题,从而使"机器换人"这项改革得以顺利进行.Machine substitution project is not only the demand of enterprises but also the key to industrial transformation. In this paper, the dilemmas of machine substitution are analyzed in China. The funding problems of the enterprise should be solved with the help of government. The financial problems of grassroot units, employment, and talent introduction should be settled by the cooperation between government and enterprise. The reformation of machine substitution will be run smoothly.
