无磷缓蚀阻垢剂在石化工业循环水处理应用的评价

摘　　要：文中针对循环水直排的要求,结合中韩(武汉)石化的水质实际情况,筛选出性能较好的WL-5000B无磷缓蚀阻垢剂。测定了药剂的固含量、总磷含量和pH等指标,考察了药剂的阻垢和缓蚀特性,并优化了循环水系统的运行条件。Non-phosphorus corrosion-scale inhibitor was appraised in the second circulating water plant of Wuhan ethylene project. According to the demand of direct-discharge for circulating water, WL - 5000B non-phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor was selected based on the supplement water quality. The properties such as solid content, total phosphorous content and pH were determined. Inhibition of scale and corrosion was investigated. The optimized condition for the circulating water operation was also suggested.
