摘 要:本文通过西柏坡牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.)花期调控试验,研究了5个牡丹品种对B_9及其与PP333混合试剂处理的畸形响应状况,为降低牡丹畸形花率和提升观赏率提供参考。结果表明:(1)对‘洛阳红’不同时期开始喷施1×10~4 mg/L的B_9,畸形花径明显增大0 cm^2.10 cm,总花期缩短0 d^2 d,其它因素变化不规律,小风铃期开始喷施1×10~4 mg/L的B_9畸形花率最低,成花率最高,畸形花期最短;对‘紫蓝魁’不同时期开始喷施1×10~4 mg/L的B_9未生成畸形花,总花期明显缩短2.33 d^12.33 d,成花率变化不规律,但风铃期开始喷施1×10~4mg/L的B_9成花率最高,对照组总花期最长。(2)对‘岛锦’喷施不同浓度的B_9未生成畸形花,成花率明显升高23.14%~46.14%,总花期明显延长1 d^2.70 d,喷施1×10~4 mg/L的B_9成花率最高,总花期最长;对‘玫瑰紫’喷施不同浓度的B_9,仅喷施5000 mg/L的B_9试验成功且有畸形花生成,但畸形花率较低,成花率较高。(3)对‘洛阳红’从立蕾期开始每天喷施不同浓度的B_9,喷施200 mg/L的B_9未生成畸形花,喷施100 mg/L和150 mg/L的B_9畸形花率明显升高2.02%~20.37%,畸形花单花寿命明显缩短3.83 d^4.50 d,畸形花径明显减小0.62 cm^2.75 cm,总花期延长0.20 d^1.20 d,畸形花期缩短3 d,每天喷施200 mg/L的B_9未生成畸形花,成花率较高。(4)对‘洛阳春’喷施B_9和PP333配比为480:320和280:420的混合试剂,成花率明显下降17.38%~26.10%,仅喷施B_9和PP333比例为2:3的混合试剂有畸形花生成,且成花率最低,对照组未生成畸形花,成花率最高,总花期较长。This paper carried out a research on condition of response to B9 and the concentration of B9 and PP333 of Paeoniasuffruticosa Andr. varieties through experiment of tree peony florescence control in Xi Baipo. So it could provide referencesfor lowering abnormal floral rate and the increase of viewing rate. The results showed: (1)The abnormal flower diametercould be evidently increased 0 cm^2.10 cm and the total florescence could be shorted 0 d^2 d when 1×10 4 mg/L B9 wassprayed to ‘Luoyanghong’ in different stages, which had distinctive effect on other factors, the effect was best when 1×10 4mg/L B9 was sprayed from small-wind bell starting stage, its abnormal floral rate was lowest, floral initial rate was highestand the abnormal florescence was shortest. The abnormal flower could not generate and the total florescence could evidentlybe shorted 2.33 d^12.33 d when 1×10 4 mg/L B9 was sprayed to‘Zilankui’ from different starting stages, which had distinctiveeffect on floral initial rate, but the floral initial rate was highest when 1×104 mg/L B9 was sprayed from wind bell startingstage, the total florescence of CK was longest. (2) The abnormal flower could not generate, the floral initial rate couldevidently be elevated 23.14%~46.14% and the total florescence could be evidently extended 1 d^2.70 d when B9 in differentconcentration was sprayed to ‘Daojin’. The effect was best when 1×104 mg/L B9 was sprayed, its floral initial rate washighest and the total florescence was longest. The test was successful and generate abnormal flower only when B9 in 5000mg/L was sprayed to ‘Meiguizi’, but it could evidently lower abnormal floral rate and elevate floral initial rate, the effect wasbetter. (3) The abnormal flower could not generate when 200 mg/L B9 was sprayed to ‘Luoyanghong’ daily from setting upstarting stage, which could evidently increase abnormal floral rate 2.02 %~20.37 %, shorten the abnormal spend floral life3.83 d^4.50 d and the abnormal flower diameter 0.62 cm^2.75 cm, ex
