摘 要:为了强化工艺全流程整体净化效果、避免生物预处理工艺积泥和水生动物孳生等问题,基于"先除浊、后生物"的理念,将生物处理置于沉淀之后,提出了"化学预氧化+混凝沉淀+接触氧化+生物过滤"的新型组合工艺,并实现工程应用。水厂投产3a后,运行稳定可靠,组合工艺对COD_(Mn)去除率基本在50%左右,对庚醛和二甲基异莰醇去除率分别约为16%和5%。生物滤池出水浊度均值在0.4 NTU以下,NH_3-N质量浓度均值在0.5 mg/L左右,Fe,Mn质量浓度低于0.05 mg/L。In order to enhance the removal effect of full-flow water treatment process and avoid the accumulating mud and excessive growth of aquatic organisms,combined process of chemical pre-oxidation& enhanced coagulation-sedimentation&biological contact oxidation&biological filtration was applied in water treatment project, based on aerobic biological treatment following turbidity removal concept. Since the water plant was put into operation, the water plant had run stable and reliable for more than three years. The combined process could remove about 50% CODMn, 16% heptanal and 5% 2-MIB. The average amount concentrations of turbidity, ammonium nitrogen, iron and manganese for biological filtered water were respectively under 0.4 NTU, about 0.5 mg/L, under 0.05 mg/L.
