摘 要:台湾和果森林红茶庄园通过打造创意观光品牌,使产品附加值增加,品牌知名度大大提升,吸引了大批游客。福建茶产业拥有悠久历史,茶叶品种齐全,产量全国第一,产品外销到多个国家和地区,但在发展过程中主要采用传统模式,面临诸多问题。借鉴台湾经验,提出福建茶产业发展创意观光品牌、实现产业升级的对策:加强政府的引导作用;大力改造和整顿低产茶园,建设持续发展的生态茶园;运用互联网+,加强对茶创意观光品牌的宣传;对茶资源进行深度挖掘,提升茶产品的附加值;加强与台湾交流,促进茶文化创意产业的合作。Fruit Forest Red-tea- estate in Taiwan increases product added value, enhances the brand awareness, attracted a large number of tourists by creating creative tourism brand.Fujian tea industry has a long history, complete variety and the first production, products exported to many countries and regions. But it mainly adopts the traditional model in the process of development, and faces many problems. Using the experience of Taiwan for reference, put forward some countermeasures for developing creative tourism brand and real-izing the industrial upgrade: strengthen the government's guiding; reform vigorously and rectification stripper tea garden and construct sustainable development of ecological tea garden; use the internet plus to strengthen the propaganda of tea creative tourism brand; mining depth of tea resources to improve the added value of tea products; strengthen the communication with Taiwan, and promote the tea culture creative industry cooperation.
