河南省某三甲医院2010-2014年传染病疫情及防控措施分析

摘　　要：目的分析2010-2014年河南省某三甲医院传染病发生病种及疫情情况,旨在防控传染病的传播,降低医院感染率,提高医疗质量和医疗安全。方法对河南省某三甲医院报告的传染病资料进行统计,相关数据采用Excel进行统计分析。结果 5年内共报告法定传染病9203例,共11种。无甲类传染病报告,乙类传染病3883例(42.19%),丙类传染病5317例(57.77%),其他传染病3例(0.03%)。从传染病传播途径方面来看,肠道传染病5172例(56.20%),血源及性传染病3871例(42.06%),呼吸道传染病43例(0.50%),其他传染病报告117例(1.28%)。结论采取必要的传染病防控措施势在必行,加强监测和疫情上报工作、落实预检分诊制度等措施可控制传染病在院内的传播。Objective To analyze infectious diseases and epidemic situation of infectious diseases at a third-grade class-A hospital in Henan province from 2010 to 2014, aims at preventing and controlling the spread of infectious diseases, reducing the rate of hospital infection, and improving the medical quality and medical safety. Methods The data of infectious diseases at a third-grade class-A hospital in Henan province was summarized and Microsoft Excel was used for statistical analysis. Results 11 kinds of infectious diseases were reported in 5 years, involving a total of 9203 cases, with category B infectious diseases 3883 cases（42.19%）, category C infectious diseases 5317 cases（57.77%）, and others diseases 3 cases（0.04%）. No category A infectious diseases were reported. As for route of transmission, there were 5172 cases（56.20%） of intestinal infectious diseases, 3871 cases（42.06%） of sexually transmitted diseases, 43 cases（0.50%） of the respiratory infectious diseases, and 117 cases（1.28%） of others. Conclusions Necessary prevention and control measures for infectious disease must be taken. The measures of strengthening epidemic surveillance and work reporting, and carrying out pre-referral system, etc. can prevent innerhospital spread of infectious diseases.
