摘　　要：良好的血管通路是确保血液净化操作顺利进行的重要条件,但在日常的血管通路操作中,却常出现通路堵塞、感染等并发症,严重威胁患者的健康和生命安全。笔者对近年来血液净化中血管通路护理的相关内容进行分析总结,为今后血管通路护理工作提供理论依据。Good vascular access is an important condition for successful blood purification. But in the daily operation of vascular access, complications such as blocked channel and infection often arise, posing a great threat to the health and life of patients. In view of this, the author analyzes and summarizes the related information about the vascular access care in blood purification in recent years to provide theoretical ground for the vascular access care in the future.
