摘　　要：对采用骨密质磨削后再行皮瓣移植手术的26例骨质外露患者做回顾性分析,观察骨密质磨削后的骨松质创面皮瓣移植成活情况。得出:对于较大面积裸露骨创面,采用先清创,在骨密质表面用电磨钻磨削至骨松质层,再予以皮瓣移植覆盖磨削后骨创面,是修复骨质外露创面较为理想的治疗方法。The author made an retrospective analysis on 26 patients who were reconstructed flap for exposed bone after grinding compact bone substance by examining how well flaps grew on the cancellous bone after grinding the compact bone substance. For relatively large scale exposed bone trauma, cleanse the trauma, grind the compact bone substance away to the cancellous bone and transplant flaps to cover the bone trauma, which is concluded to be an ideal treatment for repairing trauma of exposed bone.
