摘　　要：在人口老龄化背景下,促进和保护中老年人就业具有重要的现实意义。河北省一直以来缺乏对中老年人就业的特别保护措施,未从理念上重视中老年人就业问题。为了发展完善的劳动力市场,消解部分行业用工荒现象,避免中老年人陷入经济贫困,满足中老年人多样化需求,河北省应当出台专门的中老年人就业政策法规,对中老年人就业给予特别保护,促进河北省劳动力市场健全发展。Under the background of the aging population, the promotion and protection of the old people＇semployment has important practical significance. HEBEI province has been the lack of special protective measures forthe employment of the elderly, not from the concept of attention to the elderly employment problem. In order todevelopa perfect labor market, eliminate the phenomenon of labor shortage in some industries, avoid the old peopleinto economic poverty, meet the diverse needs of the elderly, HEBEI province should introduce special employmentpolicies and regulations, to protect the employment of the elderly, and promote the development of Hebei provincelabor market.
