摘　　要：结合实验需要以及实验室现有条件,研制了一台可进行往复冲击的小载荷冲击磨损试验机.介绍了该试验机的工作原理、总体结构以及功能模块.通过该试验机,对干接触及脂润滑工况下GCr15钢材试件进行了实验,冲击载荷为20N,并给出了冲击10-4,10-5,10-6次后的实验结果分析.In order to meet the needs of the experiment and the laboratory existing conditions, a small load impact wear tester working under repeatedly impact is established. This paper introduces the working principles, overall structure and functional module of the testing ma-chine. By the tester ,GCrl5 steel specimens under dry contact and grease lubricated condition are tested, the impact load is 20 N,and the impact analysis of the results after 104, 105 and 106 times are given.
