摘　　要：以上海海洋大学为例,对上海市政府相关部门在食品药品监管工作中存在的不足进行剖析,围绕高校基层党组织在食品药品监管工作中的地位与作用,采取措施如下:增强市民对食品安全与营养重要性的认识和理解;开展食品药品安全科普宣传与人员培训工作;开展"每日舆情监测分析"与相关课题征集活动;实现"官产学研"四位一体良性循环的合作联动模式。以此为后期协助政府相关部门做好监管工作提供借鉴。Taking Shanghai Ocean University as an example, analyzed the existing problems of the relevantdepartments of the municipal government of Shanghai in the food and drug supervision work, around the grass-rootsparty organizations in the food and drug supervision work in the status and role, measures taken are as follows：enhanced public awareness and understanding of the importance of food safety and nutrition;carry out food anddrug safety of publicizing and training of staff;carry out daily public opinion monitoring analysis and relatedtopics solicitation;realize the benign cycle of “official production and research, ”four in one joint cooperationmode. Do supervision work to provide a reference for the later to assist the relevant government departments.
