中医捏脊疗法联合葡萄糖酸锌口服液对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中医捏脊疗法联合葡萄糖酸锌口服液对反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿免疫功能的影响。方法将112例RRTI患儿随机分为2组,均进行常规治疗,对照组56例予羧甲淀粉钠溶液口服,治疗组56例在对照组治疗基础上应用中医捏脊疗法联合葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗,2组均30 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。观察2组患儿临床症状消失时间;在治疗前与治疗结束后2个月检测血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、Ig G、Ig M及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)水平;比较2组疗效;对2组进行安全性评价。结果治疗组临床症状消失时间均短于对照组,但仅咳嗽消失时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率85.71%,对照组67.86%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后血清Ig A、Ig G、Ig M及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清Ig A、Ig G、Ig M及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均较对照组治疗后升高(P<0.05),但CD8+水平下调(P<0.05)。结论中医捏脊疗法联合葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗小儿RRTI效果显著,能有效改善患儿的临床症状及免疫功能,明显减少呼吸道感染发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine chiropractic therapy combined with zinc gluconate oral liquid on immunologic function in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection （ RRTI）. Methods 112 RRTI children were randomly divided into two groups, and received routine treatment. 56 cases in control group were treated by oral carboxymethyl starch sodium solution. 56 cases in treatment group were treated by chiropractic therapy combined with zinc gluconate oral liquid on the basis of control group treatment. The course was 30 d in two groups continuously for 3 courses. The clinical symptom disappearance time were observed in two groups. The IgA, IgG, IgM and the peripheral blood T - lymphocyte subgroup （ CD3 ^＋ , CD4 ^＋ , CD8 ^＋ , CD4^ ＋ /CD8^＋ ） before and two months after the end of treatment were measured in two groups. The curative effect and security were evaluated in two groups. Results The clinical symptoms disappearance time in treatment group were shorter than those in control group, but the significant difference between two groups only exist in the cough disappearance time （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate in treatment group （85. 71% ） was superior to that in control group （67. 86% , P〈0.05）. The levels of IgA, IgG, IgM, CD3^ ＋ , CD4^＋ and CD4 ^＋ /CD8^＋ after treatment were increased in two groups （P 〈0.05）. The levels of IgA, IgG, IgM, CD3 ^＋ , CD4^＋ and CD4 ^＋ /CD8^＋ after treatment in treatment group were higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , but the CD8 ＋ was lower （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Chiropractic therapy combined with zinc gluconate oral liquid has significant effects on RRTI, can effectively improve clinical symptoms and immunologic function, and obviously decrease the incidence of respiratory infection, worthy of clinical application.
