针刺联合回神醒脑汤结合心理治疗方案治疗脑外伤后综合征的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合回神醒脑汤结合心理治疗方案治疗脑外伤后综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例脑外伤后综合征患者随机分为2组。对照组30例予回神醒脑汤治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用针刺和心理治疗。2组均治疗3个月后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和功能活动问卷(FAQ)评定疗效。结果 2组治疗后SCL-90评分、FAQ评分均改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合回神醒脑汤结合心理治疗方案能有效缓解脑外伤后综合征患者的临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with Huishen - xingnao decoction and psychotherapy on the treatment of post - traumatic brain syndrome. Methods 60 patients with post - traumatic brain syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in control group were received Huishen - xingnao decoction, 30 cases in treatment group were treated by acupuncture and psychotherapy on the basis of control group treatment. The curative effect was evaluated by Symptom Checklist （ SCL - 90） and Functional Activities Questionnaire （FAQ） three months after treatment in two groups. Results The improvements of SCL - 9 0 and FAQ after treatment in treatment group were superior to those in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Huishen - xingnao decoction and psychotherapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of post - traumatic brain syndrome.
