摘 要:舰船保障基地布局评估体系主要包括基地布局评估指标和指标评估方法两个方面内容,是及时高效展开舰船保障基地建设的基础条件,能够有效提升舰船保障基地保障能力,并提高舰船保障基地总体布局建设水平。基于舰船保障基地的基本功能,以保护海洋利益、满足执行多样化军事任务舰船保障需求为基本目标,构建了舰船保障基地布局评估指标体系,并利用模糊层次评价方法,对评估指标体系模型进行了实例分析,为舰船保障基地选址评估工作提供理论参考。The ship maintenance bases distribution evaluating system includes the bases distribution evaluating indexes and the evalutating method. It is the basic conditions for the timely and officient building of ship maintenance bases. The evaluating system could promote the ensure capacity of the ship maintenance bases and the overall development level. Based on the basic functions of the ship maintenance base, the evaluating system of ship maintenance base distribution is founded with the ship profit protection and satisfied the ship maintenance demand for the diversify military assignment. The evaluating index system is analyed with the fuzzy step analysis. The work is the reference material for the ship maintenance base location problem.
