摘 要:在油田三采工艺中,经常需要使用静态混合器促进溶液与水的混合以达到驱油的目的,因此静态混合器的混合效率对采油的效率有重要的影响。基于目前常用的静态混合器能耗较高但混合效率不高的情况,研发了一种新型的静态混合器。通过数值模拟方法,研究了空化作用下混合器内流体的流动特性,并通过实验研究对数值模拟结果进行了验证,测定了混合器的性能。结果表明,数值模拟结果与实验结果能够较好地拟合;该静态混合器有较高的混合效率和较好的混合效果;该静态混合器压降满足要求,最佳入口流速约为0.14m/s。In tertiary recovery process,there was a need of the static mixer promoting the polymer solution mixed with water to drive oil.Therefore,the mixing efficiency of the static mixer had an important influence on the efficiency of oil production.Based on that the mixing efficiency of the current commonly used static mixer was not high enough,a new type static mixer was developed.The flow characteristics of the fluid in the mixer were studied by the numerical simulation,and the simulation results were verified by the experiments and the performance of the mixer was measured.The result showed that the results of the simulation and experimental were in good agreement;the new type static mixer had the high mixing efficiency and mixing effect;the pressure drop of the static mixer met the requirement,and the best inlet rate was about 0.14m/s.
