中药内服、外用治疗跟痛症临床观察120例

摘　　要：目的：临床观察中药内服、外用治疗跟痛症临床效果。方法：本次入组患者为我院2014年9月～2015年8月骨伤科收治的跟痛症患者1204例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例，对照组和观察组年龄、性别、患病情况、患病时间等情况无显著差异。对照组内服中药，治疗2个疗程；观察组在内服中药的基础上，在骨结节处外敷自拟中药，治疗2个疗程。在疗程结束后对观察组和对照组进行疗效评价。结果：对照组治愈率明显低于观察组；对照组总有效率明显低于观察组；对照组无效率明显高于观察组，差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：中药内服和外用联合治疗的临床效果明显优于单独内服治疗．木方法值得在临床推广．Objective Clinical observation of TCM, topical treatment with pains take orally clinical observation.Methods This into the group of patients of our hospital between September 2014 and August 2014 during orthopedics calcaneodynia treated 120 cases of patients, Patients randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 60 cases of patients,The control group and observation group of patients in age, sex, dis- ease, illness, and so on and so forth no statistically significant difference.The control group, patients with internal treatment of two period of treat- ment;Observation group of patients in internal and, on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in bone nodules place to apply the traditional Chinese medicine, treatment 2 course of treatment.At the end of the course to evaluate curative effect of Observation group and control group were. Results After treatment to evaluate curative effect of observation group and control group：Patients in control group significantly lower than the observa- tion group of patients;The control group total effective rate in patients with significantly lower than the observation group of patients;The control group patients without efficiency is significantly higher than the observation group of patients, Statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Internal and external use is obviously better than the clinical effect of combined treatment of internal and the clinical effect of treatment alone,This method is worth popularizing in clinical widely.
