2015年我院门诊中成药处方点评分析

摘　　要：目的:为临床合理使用中成药提供参考,提高中成药的使用水平。方法:随机抽取苏州市中医院2015年门诊中成药处方3600张,根据《处方管理办法》、《中华人民共和国药典》、药品说明书、文献等资料对处方进行点评。结果:中成药不合理处方292张,处方不合格率为8.11%,不合格处方主要表现为用药与诊断不符,重复用药,剂型、剂量及用法不合理,书写不规范等。结论:我院处方基本合理,也存在不足,有待加强管理,规范医生合理用药,尽量减少不合格处方。Objective For the rational use of medicine to provide a reference, promote the use of the level of proprietary Chinese medicines. Methods The 3600 prescriptions are randomly sampled from our hospital outpatient in 2015. Reviews prescription according to ＂Prescription Management＂, ＂People＇s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia＂ description of the drug, literature reviews and other data. Results The failure prescription 292 pieces, failure rate 8.11% . The unqualified prescriptions manifested mainly as discrepancies between diagnosis and medication, repeated drug use , unreasonable in usage of dosage forms , and nonstandard in prescription writing etc. Conclusion The prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine in our hos- pital were basically rational yet there are some problems remain to be improved.
