头穴排刺法治疗脑卒中后遗症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察并比较脑卒中后遗症头穴排刺结合体针治疗与普通头针针刺结合体针治疗的临床疗效。探讨头穴排刺法对脑卒中后遗症患者康复的临床实用性。方法:60例符合纳入标准的脑卒中后遗症患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组为排针针刺观察组,对照组为普通头针针刺观察组,治疗穴位选取针灸治疗学相关腧穴。其中,观察组与对照组均为30例,治疗均1次/d,30min/次,5次/wk,每4wk为1个疗程,共计2个疗程。观察并比较两组治疗前后日常生活活动能力的评分。结果:两组患者治疗后Barthel指数(MBI)均有变化,其中观察组经头穴排刺法结合体针治疗评分显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组评分差异无统计学意义。结论:头穴排刺法对脑卒中后遗症的患者有积极作用。Objective： Observed and compared in patients with stroke sequela of scalp arrangement of acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and Scalp Acupuncture Acupuncture Combined with differences in the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment. Of scalp acupuncture on reha- bilitation of patients with sequelae of stroke clinical usefulness.Methods：60 cases met the inclusion criteria cerebral apoplexy sequelae were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group for needling acupuncture treatment group, control group as the normal scalp acupunc- ture treatment group, treatment of acupoint selection of acupuncture acupoints. Among them, group number in the treatment and control group num- ber are 30 people, treatment 1 times a day, 30 minutes each time, 5 times a week, every 4 weeks for a course of treatment, a total of two courses. Observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with activities of daily living ability score.Results ：After treat- ment, the patients in the 2 groups of Barthel Index （MBI） has the change, the treatment group through the scalp row acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in the treatment of patients with the score was significantly higher, the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05） and normal scalp acupuncture treatment group patients differences in scores of no statistical significance.
