灵龟八法联合磁热疗法治疗失眠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨灵龟八法联合磁热疗法治疗失眠的临床疗效,为临床治疗失眠提供新思路。方法:60例失眠患者,随机分成灵龟八法联合磁热疗法组(治疗组)与普通针刺组(对照组),每组30例。观察两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:治疗后,治疗组在睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能改善上均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:灵龟八法结合磁热疗法治疗对失眠症有显著的疗效,能明显提高患者睡眠质量,减少因睡眠障碍引起的各种不适。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of combined magnetic heat eight methods of Intelligent Turtle therapy in the treatment of in- somnia, to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of insomnia. Methods 60 cases of insomnia patients were randomly divided into eight methods of Intelli- gent Turtle combined with magnetic heat therapy group （treatment group） and conventional acupuncture group （control group ）, 30 cases in each group. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） score of two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders and daytime functional improvement, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Miraculous Turtle Eight Meridians Method combined with Magnetic resonance thermal therapy has marked therapeutic effect on insomnia.
