摘　　要：对国内外图书馆战略评价相关文献进行梳理,总结图书馆战略评价的类型划分、战略评价的标准及战略评估方法等热点问题,指出高校图书馆在战略评价过程中需要综合考虑战略评价客体、战略评价指标、战略评价主体以及战略评价方法等多种因素,并从战略规划、战略管理活动、战略效果三个方面构建更为细化的高校图书馆战略评价指标体系的理论框架,以期为高校图书馆"十三五"战略规划实践提供指导。After making a literature review on strategy evaluation at home and abroad, this article summarized the typological division, criteria and methods of strategy evaluation, pointing out that the factors like the object, index, subject and method should be taken into consideration in the process of strategy evaluation. The more detailed theoretical framework of academic libraries’ strategy evaluation indicator system is expected to be constructed from the following three aspects strategic planning, strategic management and strategic effect, with the aim to providing guidance to practice on strategy planning for academic libraries during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
