摘　　要：联合作战决心方案评估是作战方案拟制过程中重要环节。根据作战方案拟制过程,从方案决策要素中抽取关键因素,构建了联合作战决心方案评估指标体系。基于作战推演,建立了评估指标定量分析模型,解决了联合作战多兵种协同中信息及指挥协同难以定量评估的问题,为联合作战决心方案评估提供了新的思路和方法。The evaluation on the joint operation determination schemes is an important link in the operation scheme drafting process. According to the operation scheme drafting process, the keyelement of the scheme decision factor is extracted, the evaluation index system of the joint opera-tion determination schemes is established. Based on the operational simulation, the evaluation in-dex analysis model is established. The evaluation problem for the information and command co-ordination of the joint operation is resolved. A new way for the joint operation determination scheme is provided.
