摘　　要：针对雷达组网集成的通信接入与传输管理需求,研究了无源光网络(PON)和软交换技术,提出了基于无源光网络技术的雷达接入体系和基于软交换的雷达探测信息传输控制机制,实现了雷达原始探测信息的大容量远程传输与可控管理,解决了雷达组网集成中数据传输、连接控制和探测资源动态调度指挥的难题。Aimed at the requirement of accessing and transport management of the integrated ra-dar network, the passive optical network（PON） and the soft switch technology are analyzed. The radar access system based PON and the radar detection information transmission control mecha-nism are proposed. The large capacity remote transmission and control, management of the radar original detection information can be realized, thus solving problems of data transport, access control and sensing resource scheduling and commanding dynamically in the integrated radar net-work system.
