摘 要:加砂压裂是油气田储层改造的主要方式,直井多层、水平井多段压裂是油气井增产、提效的重要技术。在直井多层、水平井多段加砂压裂工艺中,通过在压裂管柱中设计不同级差的压裂滑套,压裂过程中依次投送不同尺寸的压裂球,逐层逐段完成施工作业。滑套球座作为整个工艺管柱的重要部件,设计若不合理,在转层过程中,就会出现打开滑套或封堵失效等问题,会直接导致施工失败;而冲蚀磨损又是其失效的主要原因。对2种相同结构设计、不同材质的滑套开展现场试验评价,通过对滑套球座的实际冲蚀磨损量进行试验对比分析,为加砂压裂工艺中滑套球座的材质选择、结构设计等提供重要参考。Sand fracturing is the main method of reservoir reconstruction in oil and gas fields.Vertical layers and horizontal multistage fracturing are an important technical direction of oil and gas wells to increase production and efficiency.In fracturing process,through in fracturing string design different range of fracturing sliding sleeve,the fracturing process followed by the delivery of different sizes of fracturing ball,step by step to complete the construction work.Sliding sleeve tee as an important part of a whole process pipe column,and the design if not reasonable,in the process of transfer layer,can appear problem such as seal failure,will directly lead to the failure of construction.And the existence of the erosion wear is the main cause of the failure.Two same structure design and material sliding sleeve are made to carry out on-site experimental evaluation by of sliding sleeve tee actual erosion wear experiment and comparative analysis,the sand fracturing sliding sleeve tee material selection,structure design and provides an important reference.
