新型防喷脱接器研制与应用

摘　　要：在抽油机配套管式抽油泵采油作业时,当油井所用油管内径小于抽油泵柱塞外径时,需配套应用脱接器。在现场应用中存在对接爪折断、内台肩磨平等问题,及脱接器不具备防喷功能。研制了新型防喷脱接器,通过改变液流通道的方向,改变了原有的防喷结构。现场应用表明新型防喷脱节器能够满足现场的需要。In the pumping unit and the pipe-type oil pump,when used in oil well tubing diameter smaller than the plunger diameter,the taking-off connector supporting application is necessary.In order to improve the field using of the existence of a certain number of feet off for docking,internal causes such as shoulder smoother operations;other off then does not have the blowout preventer,with the process in the operation of pollution on the environment to a certain extent.For these two problems,we a new type of BOP off-connectors is developed,flow channel by changing the direction of change in the original BOP structural design,the results are of very good solution to the above two issues,on-site application is good,with a certain degree of economic efficiency,field applications show that the BOP out of touch devices to meet the needs of the scene,and has broad application prospects.
