摘　　要：采用亲水整理和拒水整理后的涤纶纤维染色丝与经维纶纤维并捻的棉纱交替织造,并结合维纶纤维溶解的方式开发了一种新型吸湿速干针织运动面料,同时优化了工艺流程,并对织物进行了相关性能测试。结果表明,棉纱与维纶纤维并捻织造,在维纶纤维被溶解后织物变得蓬松,增强了吸湿性;同时,拒水涤纶丝与亲水涤纶丝组合设计改进了面料吸湿速干的效果,面料更加适用于开发运动型服装。This paper developed a new type moisture-absorbing and fast-dry knitted sports fabric through inter-knitting of the hydrophilic and hydrophobic finished dyed polyester and cotton yarn twisted with vinylon fiber, which was removed later by dissolving. It optimized all the processes, and tested the moisture-absorbing and fast- dry properties. The results show that after removing the vinylon fiber, the fabric becomes fluffy, and the moisture absorbency improves. At the same time, the ability of moisture-absorbing and fast-dry is promoted by the combinational design of hydrophilic polyester and hydrophobic polyester. This knitted fabric is more suitable for the development of sports products.
