摘  要:以自制的氨基硅油和氯代苄为原料合成了一种新型的聚硅氧烷季铵盐抗菌整理剂,通过单因素试验及正交试验确定了季铵化反应的最佳工艺,对产物进行了红外光谱表征。同时将产物应用于针织物的整理,对整理后织物进行了抑菌性能测试和耐洗性测试。结果表明,季铵化反应的最佳条件为反应物摩尔比1.00∶1.10、反应温度80℃、反应时间7 h,红外光谱的表征确定了聚硅氧烷季铵盐的生成,抗菌性试验和耐洗性试验证明该产物具有良好的抗菌性和耐洗性。Using self-made amino silicone oil and chloro -benzyl as raw materials, through quaternization reaction to synthesize a new silicone quaternary ammonium salt antimicrobial finishing agent. It optimized technological conditions of quaternization reaction by single-factor and orthogonal experiment, characterized the reaction products by infrared spectrum. The product can be used for cotton knitted fabric as antibacterial finishing agent, the antibacterial property and washability of the fabric were tested. The results shows that the optimal synthesis conditions are that the molar ratio of reactants is 1.00:1.10, the reaction temperature is 80 K , and the reaction time is 7 hours. The infrared spectrum result proves that polysiloxane quaternary ammonium salt is achieved. The antibacterial and washing tests prove that the product has good antibacterial and washability.
