摘  要:目的改良嗜脂真菌药敏试验技术,并分析8种抗真菌药物在体外抗马拉色菌的活性。方法将吐温-40和-80引入改良脑心浸液尿素液基,使用微量液基法检测8种抗真菌药物在体外对马拉色菌属7个种的敏感性。结果改良的脑心浸液尿素液基微量液基法显著提高了马拉色菌体外药敏试验的敏感性。八种抗真菌药对马拉色菌7个种均有抑制作用,其中酮康唑的敏感性最高。结论我们改良的脑心浸液尿素液基解决了使用微量液基法检测嗜脂酵母菌药物敏感性的问题。酮康唑外用可以作为临床治疗浅部马拉色菌感染的首选药物。Objective To improve the drug sensitivity test technology of lipophilic fungi,and to analyzed the activity of 8 antifungal agents in vitro against Malassezia. Methods We added TWEEN-40 and TWEEN-80 into the improved brain heart infusion urea medium and used the micro liquid method for detecting the sensitivity of 8 kinds of antifungal drugs in vitro on 7 species of Malassezia. Results The improved brain heart infusion broth urea liquid medium by use of micro liquid based method significantly improved the sensitivity of drug sensitivity test of Malassezia. All 8 kinds of antifungal drugs could inhibit the 7 species of Malassezia, in which ketoconazole was of the highest sensitivity. Conclusion The brain heart infusion urea broth liquid medium improved by us can solve the problem of detecting of drug sensitivity in lipophilic yeast by use of micro liquid based method. Ketoconazole cream can be used as the preferred drug for clinical treatment on superficial infection of Malassezia.
