摘　　要：目的探讨踝骨关节炎行关节镜术后,联合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片和塞来昔布胶囊的疗效。方法将确诊为踝骨关节炎患者48例行踝关节镜病灶清理,术后予以口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片和塞来昔布胶囊。术前、术后采用改良的踝关节McGuire评分系统和美国的AOFAS踝-后足评分系统进行疗效评定,并采集空腹血检测血清中白介素-1和肿瘤坏死因子-α,对踝关节功能改善情况评价。结果术后采用改良McGuire评分及AOFAS评分评估疗效,治疗有效率分别为85.42%及87.75%。两种评分结果术后均高于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后白介素-1低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论踝骨关节炎行关节镜术后联合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖和塞来昔布疗效确切。Objective This essay is to observe the curative effect of ankle arthritis arthroscopic surgery with （ the help of） oral glucosamine hydrochloride and celecoxib capsules. Methods First, 48 patients diagnosed with ankle arthritis should be treated with ankle lesions mirror. After operation, they are asked to take oral glucosamine hydrochloride and celecoxib capsules. An effective evaluation is taken according to the modified ankle McGuire AOFAS rating system and the American after-the-ankle-foot scoring system, and blood will be taken while the patient is hungry to test the tumor necrosis factor of serum and the interleukin-1-α, which will evaluate how the functions of ankle joint has improved. The result is the joint treatment of ankle arthritis with the help of arthroscopy oral glucosamine hydrochloride and celecoxib capsules can reduce IL-1 content in serum, increase the ankle function score. Conclusion Arthroscopy combined with oral glucosamine hydrochloride and celecoxib do curative effect to Ankle arthritis.
