摘  要:鉴于新一代夜间灯光数据NPP/VIIRS比传统DMSP/OLS数据具有更高空间分辨率和更宽的辐射范围,提出对比两种夜间灯光模拟社会经济参量的潜力。以环渤海区域为研究区,选取全市年平均人口、市辖区年平均人口、全市生产总值、市辖区生产总值、客运总量、全社会用电总量、工业用电、城乡居民用电、建设用地、居住用地、城市道路共11个社会参量指标,分别构建基于NPP/VIIRS和DMSP/OLS两种夜光数据夜光总值参量与11个社会经济参量的回归模型。结果表明:相比DMSP/OLS数据,NPP/VIIRS数据与除全市年平均人口外的10个社会经济指标相关性更高,模拟残差也小于DMSP/OLS数据,表明NPP/VIIRS在模拟社会经济参量上具有优势。Because the new generation of nighttime light imagery NPP/VIIRS has higher spatial resolution and wider range radiation than DMSP/OLS,the potential of two kinds of night light image to model a variety of socio-economic parameters are proposed to compare. The Bohai Sea Surrounding of China was selected as the experimental zone. The linear regression models were analyzed between 11 socio-economic parameters and total nighttime light which were based on the nighttime light images from DMSP/OLS and NPP/VIIRS respectively. The parameters were annual average population of total city(AAPTC) , annual average population of districts under city (AAPDC) ,GRP of total city (GRPTC) ,GRP of districts under city (GRPDC) , total passenger traffic (TPT), annual electricity consumption (AEC) , electricity consumption for industrial (ECI) , household electricity consumption for urban and rural residential ( HECURR) , area of landuse for urban construction (ALUC),area of landuse for living (ALL) ,and area of city paved road (ACPR). The result showed that R square of model between AAPDC, GRPTC, GRPDC, TPT, AEC, ECI, HECURR, ALUC, ALL, ACPR and TNL for NPP/VIIRS were higher than it of DMSP/ OLS and the model errors of NPP/VIIRS were lower. It suggested that NPP/VIIRS has a higher capability compared with DMSP/OLS. The conclusion can objectively contribute to the capability evaluation of nighttime light imagery to model socio-economic parameters in global and regional scale.
