摘 要:pin二极管具有导通电阻小、响应速度快及截止频率高等特点,在微波控制电路中常用于制作微波开关。基于pin二极管,研究了具有高隔离特性的Ka波段微带型单刀单掷开关。通过采用多级开关芯片统一馈电的新型电路结构,在Ka波段实现了优于90 dB的开关隔离。采用ADS和HFSS软件对设计的电路进行联合仿真,并进行了实物加工。实测结果表明,在设计的频段内(f_0±1 GHz)开关电路的输入和输出回波损耗均不小于10 dB,插入损耗不大于3.5 dB,隔离度不小于90 dB以及开关时间(上升沿和下降沿)不大于2 ns。pin diode is often used to fabricate the microwave switch in the microwave control circuit for its advantages of low on-resistance, fast response speed and high cut-off frequency. A Ka-band microstrip single-pole single-throw( SPST) switch made by pin diode with high isolation was studied.By using the new circuit structure of multi-stage switch chip with uniform feed,the isolation greater than90 d B was achieved in Ka-band. The joint simulation of the designed circuit was performed with ADS and HFSS software,and the physical process was carried out. The test results show that in the design spectra( f0± 1 GHz),the input and output return loss of the switching circuit are not less than 10 d B,the insertion loss is not more than 3. 5 d B,the isolation is not less than 90 d B,and the switch time( rising and falling time) is not more than 2 ns.
