摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸配合壮医药线点灸治疗躯干部带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效。方法:将60例PHN患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用温针灸配合壮医药线点灸疗法,对照组口服吲哚美辛肠溶片。结果:治疗3个疗程后,治疗组的治愈率明显优于对照组。结论:温针灸配合壮医药线点灸治疗PHN,可收满意之疗效,值得临床推荐。Objective： The purpose of this project is to observe the efficacy of surface Zhuang-medical thread moxibustion and needle warming moxibustio on thoracic and abdominal post-herpetic neuralgia. Methods： Sixty cases which were confirmed to the diagnostic criteria, included criteria and excluded criteria were randomized into two groups： treatment group and controlled group. Both groups were with 30 patients. The treatment group was treated with surface Zhuang-medical thread moxibustion and needle warming moxibustio. The controlled group was treated with Indometacin enteric-coated tablets. Results： The efficacy of treatment group in analgesic effect is evidently better than the efficacy of the controlled group. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of surface Zbuang-medical thread moxibustion and needle warming moxibustio on post-herpetic neuralgia is safe, perdured and without side effect, which is suitable to be widened.
