舒适护理在神经外科手术体位中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在神经外科手术中的护理效果。方法:将100例神经外科手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用传统的手术体位摆放方法,观察组在常规的基础上实施舒适护理,比较两组患者的气管插管拔管时间、住院天数、并发症发生率及护理工作满意度。结果:与对照组比较,观察组的气管插管拔管时间、住院天数明显短于对照组,并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,患者对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组。结论:舒适护理应用于神经外科手术体位中可缩短气管插管拔管时间、住院天数,降低并发症的发生率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广。Objective： To explore the effect of comfort nursing in Department of neurosurgery operation. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with traditional surgical position display method, observation group on the basis of the conventional implement comfortable nursing, compared two groups of patients with tracheal extubation time, length of hospital stay, complication rate and nursing job satisfaction. Results： compared with the control group, the observation group of tracheal extubation time, length of hospital stay significantly shorter than the control group, the incidence rate of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group, patients＇ satisfaction with nursing work was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion： application of comfort nursing care in neurosurgery operation position can shrink tracheae intubation pull tube time, length of hospital stay, reduce complication incidence, improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree of nursing work, worthy of promotion.
