摘  要:针对我国钢丝绳标准中三角股绳纤维股芯与钢丝股芯并存现象,研究英国布顿公司、加拿大钢绳公司、日本TESAC公司、德国Casar公司的三角股绳结构和BS/P6—87、API规范95—1995、ANSI/API 9A—2004、RR-W-410E—2002、RR-W-410F—2007、AS3569—89等国外钢丝绳标准,结果显示国外三角股绳股芯均为钢丝芯。从股芯材质变化不应改变三角股绳捻法、股芯材质变化不应改变三角股绳制造方法、挤压圆股法生产的三角股结构不稳定、纤维股芯生产三角股绳方法不符合传统三角股绳制造理论、圆股挤压法生产三角股绳在世界范围并未获得广泛认可、圆股挤压法生产的三角股绳不是性能优异三角股绳等6个方面进行分析和论述,认为纤维股芯三角股绳不是真正意义三角股绳,应称之为另类三角股绳。Aim at coexist phenomenon of triangular strand rope with fiber strand and with steel wire strand in Chinese wire rope standard, to study the triangular strand rope structure of UK Bridon, Canada wire rope industry group co. , Japanese TESAC, German Casar and the foreign wire rope standards such as BS/P6-87, API Secification 95-1995, ANSIZAPI 9A--2004 .RR- W- 410E-2002.RR- W -410F-2007 .AS3569-89, the result indicated that foreign strand core of triangular strand wire rope are all steel wire core. From six aspects to analyze and explain, such as strand core material change should not alter triangular strand lay, strand core material change should not alter manufacture method of triangular strand rope, the structure of triangular strand produced by extruding round strand is unstable, to produce triangular strand rope with fiber strand core is not accordance with traditional triangular strand rope manufacture theory, to produce triangular strand rope with round strand extruding method don' t be accepted extensively in the world, the triangular strand rope produced by round strand extruding method is not excellent triangular strand rope, considered that the fiber strand core triangular strand rope is not real triangular strand rope, it should be considered as weird triangular strand rope.
