摘  要:介绍线材控冷技术的概况及盐浴、水浴、风冷技术的特点。对EDC冷却机制进行理论分析,并对不同规格及不同辊道速度下盘条的冷却过程进行分析。介绍EDC技术在钢丝绳及钢绞线生产过程中的应用。分析生产过程中盘条表面产生红锈及头部脆断问题产生的原因。实践表明,采用EDC工艺后,钢丝疲劳、扭转等性能指标显著提高,盘条力学性能波动缩小。指出未来EDC技术的研究与发展方向。To introduce the general situation of controlled cooling technology and characteristic of salt bath, water bath and air cooling technology. The theoretical analysis of EDC cooling mechanism was conducted, and the cooling process of wire rod under different specifications and different roller speed were also analyzed. To introduce the application of EDC technology on wire rope and steel strand production process. To analyze the causing reason that wire rod surface appears red rust and wire rod head has brittle fracture during the production process. Practice shows, the fatigue and torsion property index of steel wire improve obviously, mechanical property fluctuation of wire rod reduces after taking EDC technology. To put forward the future research and development direction of EDC technology.
