摘  要:为了提高酸洗效率,改善现有工艺下的酸洗状况,提出对盐酸酸洗液的浓度、离子浓度、夹杂物、温度、钢号及添加剂等方面工艺优化的探讨方案并进行试验研究,结果表明:控制盐酸体积分数在15%~22%,酸洗温度30~40℃,酸洗时间7~10 min,同时添加一定量的酸洗添加剂可以缩短酸洗时间,得到较好的酸洗效果。对不同钢牌号试验,高含碳量盘条较易清洗;不同浓度盐酸酸洗液中Fe Cl2质量浓度值满足上限与下限时,才能达到最优的酸洗速率;添加剂的加入提高酸洗速率,并在一定程度上抑制了盐酸酸雾的挥发,复合配方的酸洗速率远高于单一配方或未加入添加剂的酸洗速率。In order to increase pickling efficiency, improve pickling condition under present process, the study scheme of process optimization such as hydrochloric acid pickling solution concentration, ion concentration, inclusion, temperature, steel grade and additive and so on is put forward and experiment research is done, results show that controlling hydrochloric acid volume fraction at 15% N22%, pickling temperature is 30 -40 ℃, pickling time is 7 -10 min, at the same time adding a certain amount of acid additive can shorten pickling time, get better pickling effect. The different steel grade is tested, high carbon wire rod is cleaned easily. The FeC12 mass concentration in different concentration hydrochloric acid pickling solution meet the upper and lower limit, the optimum pickling rate can be reached. The addition of additive increases pickling rate, and inhibit the volatilization of hydrochloric acid mist to a certain degree, pickling rate of compound formula is much higher than that of a single formula or not adding additives.
