摘 要:针对股绳机的主机和牵引由1台电机驱动,股捻距由操作工人搬动捻距箱手柄调节,捻距调节精度不高、操作繁琐及劳动强度大等问题,采用分别驱动方式来取消捻距箱和传动轴,并把主机电机和牵引电机由速度跟随的驱动方式改为速度同步给定的驱动方式。在6/300股绳机上进行分别驱动试验,结果表明,钢丝绳股捻距在规定的误差范围内(±3%),达到工艺要求,提高了钢丝绳股质量,降低了维护费用和工人的劳动强度。Aiming at the main engine and traction of strander ale drived by an electric engine, lay length of the strand is adjusted by operators through moving lay length box handle, adjustment precision of lay length is not high, operation is complex, labour strength is big and so on, separate driving method is adopted to abolish lay length box and transmission shaft, and the driving method of speed following that used for main engine electric engine and traction engine is turned into speed synchronization setting. Separate driving test was conducted on 6/300 strander, test results show, lay length of wire rope strand is within the regulated error range( ± 3% ), reach the process requirement, improve the quality of wire rnpe strand, decrease the maintenance cost and labour strength of worker.
