摘  要:以1×7结构钢绞线为例,研究钢绞线拉伸时的力学特性,找出预应力钢绞线断丝检测方法和探索松弛过程中塑性应变量。通过比较完整钢绞线和2种断丝情况下的曲线图,可以在不破坏混凝土的情况下判断钢绞线是否存在断丝,为断丝检测提供参考依据。松弛试验中,首先进行钢绞线的拉伸试验,并根据试验数据拟合出加载力和钢绞线应变的关系表达式;之后进行钢绞线的松弛试验,记录松弛过程中各时间点钢绞线的实际应变值,绘制应力松弛曲线、计算松弛率;最后在相应时间点处,通过关系表达式计算得出对应加载力下的拉伸应变,拉伸应变量减去对应的松弛应变量,即得塑性应变量。The research of mechanical properties of steel strand in tension by taking 1 × 7 structure steel strand for example,prestressing steel strand broken wire detection method is found and plastic strain amount of relaxation process is explored.Comparing good quality steel strand and two kinds of broken wire through graph,whether steel strand exist broken wires can be measured without destroying concrete,provide reference for broken wire detection.In relaxation test,the tensile experiment of steel strand is carried out firstly,and relation expression between loading force and steel strand strain is fit by the experiment data,then the relaxation test of steel strand is done,the actual strain of steel strand during the each relaxation time is recorded,stress relaxation curve is drawn and relaxation rate is calculated.Finally,at the appropriate point in time,tensile strain under the loading force by a relation expression is calculated,tensile strain distract relaxation strain,that is plastic strain.
