摘 要:介绍试验所用材料及方法,测定并分析18Cr2Ni4WA钢的等温转变曲线,研究渗碳、回火、淬火、深冷处理等热处理工艺对其组织及性能的影响,根据分析制定热处理工艺。结果表明,18Cr2Ni4WA钢应采用较低的渗碳温度,渗碳后采用2次650℃、4.5 h的高温回火,2次860℃淬火,2次零下115℃深冷处理以及160℃低温回火的热处理工艺。热处理后,表层组织为针状回火马氏体、少量残余奥氏体以及弥散分布的颗粒碳化物渗碳层组织,心部组织为板条状低碳回火马氏体,保证了表层的高硬度、高耐磨性及心部良好的强度、韧性。To introduce the materials and methods used in the experiment,measure and analyze the isothermal transformation curve of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel,study on the effects of heat treatment process including carburizing,tempering,quenching and cryogenic treatment on their structure and performance,and make heat treatment process according the analysis.The results show that 18Cr2Ni4WA steel is supposed to use lower carburizing temperature,and adopt a series of heat treatment process such as high-temperature tempering at 650 ℃ for 4.5 hours twice and quenching at 860 ℃ twice,cryogenic treatment at-115 ℃ twice and low-temperature tempering at 160 ℃ after carburizing.After heat treatment,carburized layer structure is acicular tempered martensite,a small amount of residual austenite and dispersively distributed granular carbides,core microstructure is the lath-shaped low-carbon tempered martensite,ensure the high hardness and wearability of the surface,and good strength and toughness of the core.
