摘　　要：为解决（O）300～570 mm钢缆插编吊索插编时绳体绳芯、钢缆股绳绳芯被扭出,重量及尺寸大,插编作业时索体移动和翻转困难,插针连接油缸径向受力大易漏油等问题,研制一种钢索插编机,既适合（O）100～200 mm钢丝绳索扣的插编,又适应（O）300～ 570 mm钢缆插编吊索的插编.介绍多用途钢索插编机的工作原理和结构特点,给出钢索插编机原理及机构示意图.利用钢索插编机可生产出最大直径570 mm的高质量钢缆插编吊索,产品质量安全可靠,生产效率高,成本低.In order to solve the problems of diameter 300 ～ 570 mm steel cable when knitting cable,such as rope body core,steel cable strand core are wrung out,weight and size is big,cable movement and rollover is difficult,radial stress is big and easy to leak oil when contact pin connect cylinder and so on,research a steel cable knitting machine,it is suitable for the knitting of diameter 100 ～ 200 mm wire rope cleat,and also suitable for the knitting of diameter 300 ～ 570 mm steel cable knitting sling.To introduce the working principle and structural feature of multipurpose steel cable knitting machine,principle and mechanism schematic diagram of steel cable kintting machine are given.High quality and maximum diameter 570 mm steel cable knitting sling can be produced by using steel cable knitting machine,the product quality is safe and reliable,production efficiency is high,cost is low.
